SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY!!! If you are going to back up important media, spend the money on something good, not this rip off. Spent two days transferring music files, only to have this drive delete certain files not once, but twice! A 2 TB hard drive should run you close to $400, this is just a scam product to take your money.

Amazon should remove this product from their site. I was foolish enough to purchase 2 of these and I tried to transfer 2 months of work onto one of them. I moved instead of copy and lost everything. As previous customer stated, my system does not recognize it. I tried to see it from my laptop and other computers - NADA. I went in to Disk Manager and it does not see it. As another customer wrote, "I should have read the reviews" beforehand. DO NOT PURCHASE - A TOTAL RIPOFF! If anyone knows of a way to retrieve my files, I'd love to know.

This drive was cheap and had issues trying to save to it. Kept saying files are corrupt. I trashed it. Waste of money

I was recovering my valuable data from my computer and transferring them to this crappy drive just for them to disappear in it!! I purchased a $100 value to recover them, but the more I transfer the older files disappear! I thought its the software problem but it was not! I wasted a whole month trying different ways to deal with issue just to find out at the end it was this thump drive problem not the software!!! I wasted money and time that even a refund from this company will not cover it! But anyway I will return it to them and ask for a refund just because…Also, I have been a prime member with Amazon for years and yes I do get sometimes crappy things but never wrote a review, I would get a refund and I buy something else, but this time my lose is way more than what this company can refund me! This is my first ever review on Amazon just because I am so mad and sad and pissed!!

I purchased this to have something to do and watch on long airplane trips. It allowed me to only transfer 4 items and then it "crashed" I tried rebooting it, reformatting it, it still did the same thing. I should have known that cheap really meant cheap. Save your money.

I like the large storage but it is not always recognized when connected to laptop, PC or other computers. I had a large file to print. I stored it on the flash, went to 2 stores to print and neither self-service system was able to read the USB. It was so fustrating....

I had to format it for my Windows 10 PC, I used NTFS.I believe it was formatted for MAC. I could see the drive but I couldn't write to it before I formatted it.It was extremely slow and when it finally finished I could not open much of anything.It was a great price.

Got this to backup my personal files, and it randomly corrupted/deleted/failed to transfer tons of files. Sadly, I didn't know this before I deleted the files off of the source device! I am now trying to transfer what survived OFF of this device before it does any further damage! I'll be getting a different one ASAP. DO NOT BUY THIS! It is a POS.
