The pieces stick together, otherwise very goodI would buy this again

It has sugar added. Is very tasty, but I am still looking for a pineapple product that has no sugar.

I bought this for baking. It may not have intense pineapple flavor, but it definitely tastes like pineapple. The smaller chunk size is great for me and I like that the pieces are fairly uniform. I saw complaints about how sugary the coating is — it’s not as thick/sugary as some I bought before; but for baking, I always give it a quick dunk in hot water to minimize the sugar added to the recipe. And it’s definitely a good value.

Update: When I first started buying these bags I don't remember them ever saying they had added sugar. I would not have bought them otherwise. Pineapple does not need sugar added, it had enough as it is. And I don't want more sugar. The last two bags seemed different. Way to sugary. I checked the ingredients and sure enough, now with added sugar.Here are the added ingredients: Sugar, citric acid, and sulfur dioxide.I'm not sure if they just source these from different places or what. I know I don't want that added junk. And I don't like the massive sugary taste they have now. Also they raised the price from $45 to $60.The first few bags seemed good. I could snack on them often. The last couple not so much. There is so much sugar I can only eat a few and seldom before it's to much sugar overload. I had bought 4 or 5 bags of these before. I will no longer be buying these anymore. I just want some natural dried pineapple like I thought I had originally bought.Original:This bag is huge. I try to be always well stocked with food in case of emergencies. And there is no point in buying small amounts when you know you'll be buying more again shortly after anyway. This is going to last me a long time. I love snacking on these dried pineapple bits. They are actually pretty decent sized wedges. They taste good and are dried just enough where they are still softish.

Very fresh. Use as a topping for oatmeal.

These dried pineapples are so good! I bought several bags and put them in food saver bags for long term. Great price as well for 3 pounds $9.99. If you like dried pineapple, I recommend you to stock up these.

Using these was a lot easier that cutting up my own from larger chunks (which I had done in the past).

I am on a very restricted diet. This product was not a problem for me. I have purchased other dried pineapple that that was so hard, it wasn't edible and went in the trash. This is fresh and easy to chew. My only suggestion, it does not come with a ziplock bag, so have one of those 3 gallon, yes you need one that big for 11 lbs, ziplock bag at the ready. I will be reordering soon, which is a testament to this being a great product.
