I usually run very cold in the winter so this has been one of the best things I have ever purchased! My husband was skeptical, but now he uses it every time he showers. The towel is nice and hot when I get out of the shower. Also a great way to warm up clothes or a blanket. A perfect gift for someone who seems to have everything. And it just puts yourself in a better mood.

I bought 3 one for each of my kids. They love it. It doesn't get real hot, but is very relaxing and melts the days stress away. They warm small nlan1kets and large towels

Works as advertised, however, after a few months of using, it still has a "burning plastic" smell. Still hoping that the smell will dissipate with more time. (Yes, I know: hope is not a strategy...) Bottom line: it works.

My son loves a warm towel after his bath and using the dryer for just one towel was not working.... the towel comes out very warm and cozy. I love that it keeps warm for 30 min after auto shutoff but it'll turn back on in case you didn't use the towel within that timeframe. Its good and bad.... good bc sometimes you take 2hr baths but bad bc well you forget to turn it off and then it is on and off for a long time. Its not heavy which its important I live on 3rd floor apt.

Upon opening the product I noticed it is much smaller than I anticipated. Plugged it in and turned it on. Then as Im trying to put the lid on I noticed IT WAS ALREADY BROKEN. It doesn't fully air seal and the stupid towels come out luke warm and MOIST. I don't have the time to get to an amazon location and return. Just wish I didn't spend the money now. I hope the company reaches out and sends me a new lid at least.

Love this towel warmer but the lid cracked a little bit shortly after we received it but we still could use it. However, now it split in half and I can't find a way to purchase a replacement lid.

I bought this along with two oversized towels for a gift. It fits both towels easily. It is easy to use. You put the towels in, twist the lid shut, and press a button. It warms very nicely. It was the perfect gift! My father-in-law called yesterday to tell us how much they liked and appreciated it!

My husband puts his pjs and his towel in the warmer before his shower and he loves it, I did purchase a plant stand on wheels to put the warmer on so it would be rolled from the corner to the plug in rather than pick it up. It’s awesome.

I love this! I hate cold bathrooms in the winter. It is sheer luxury to come out of the shower/bath and have a warm towel waiting. My husband and son thought it was a little too self indulgent and unnecessary--but in short order I see them using it all the time now. It will hold comfortably 1 big bath sheet and 1 bath towel. When taking out the towels, I swap and put in my pajamas so everything is toasty warm. It also has a long cord--6'--so I can get it close to the tub. It takes 10 minutes to heat your towels--but will stay warm for another 10-15 minutes, no problem.

It worked well until it didn't work at all. It died 3 years after purchase. Nearly to the exact date actually.

Bought this as a gift for my sister and her husband as they have a hot tub. She loves it and is very happy to have a warm towel on-hand when emerging from the heat to the cold during our Canadian winters.

Bought in December 2020 for a Christmas gift. No complaints from the receiver LOL. This warms up to two or three towels at a time.

This product, after 2 weeks of use, barely warms towels anymore. Returned for refund.
