Positive Impact of L-Methylfolate tablets
Iโve noticed a significant improvement in my fatigue and tiredness, too. Each tablet contains 1000ug of L-Methylfolate, which is the active form of vitamin B9, and I feel itโs more easily absorbed by my body. Amazing results
I have bought these after watching a YouTube video these have replaced my anti inflammatory tablets I have been on for years they have taken away my pain and are so much better for me than the drugs I was taking also giving my kidneys the rest

Fine but can be difficult to swallow
Tablets have quite sharp edges making them a bit difficult to swallow. Otherwise fine.
