Very handy and useful for multiple trades.
Excellent tool . Have both sizes and a must -have for every HVAC technicians tool bag . Strong magnetic for holding fasteners. Just flip tip for different sizes !

It works good.
I use this in a professional setting. It works well for #10,12 & 14 hex head screws, with one caveat. The driver head falls off periodically. If this thing was $7, not too big a deal. At $20 a pop, that's a problem. It has fallen off a couple times doing over head work on a scissor lift. It took a minute but i was able to find it. However, I borrowed a colleagues, same scenario and wasn't able to find it. I had to buy him a new one. They should offer the replacement heads for $5 in my opinion. Removable parts should have replacement options, without having to replace the whole tool at full price.

Magnet fell out
Very handy having both a 3/8 and 5/16 socket in one, saves me carrying 2 individual bits - BUT the magnet fell out on the first day of using it. Would be worth the price IF the magnet stayed in
