Is this item cruelty free and. Vegan?

Yes. Heres info https://www.desertessence.com/faqs

Can I use it on flat iron ?if so how?

You can spritz a little on your hair before using the flat iron.

Does this contain fragrance/parfum?

The description is misleading. It absolutely does contain fragrance (parfum), which is why the one I just purchased is going back! It’s clearly listed on the label, but the seller conveniently left it out of the ingredients list.
