Amazing Jacket!
This is the perfect jacket and better than I expected, I am so glad that I purchased it! The jacket is very light, soft and comfortable. It's beautiful, elegant and fashionable. The quality is good, the sleeves are long enough to fold and one of my favorite parts of the jacket are the the blue and white stripes. Don't let it's looks fool you, it's not a very cumbersome coat at all so it's a perfect fit for cool light weather. I wore it on my recent beach trip over the weekend and it lives up to it's advertisement as wind and waterproof. I Love the option to freely adjust the drawstring of the hood and waist to change up the style and the zipper is really smooth too. The outer jacket quality really keeps out the water, doesn't give me a wet or damp sensation and It's become my favorite jacket to wear when i'm out traveling with friends. A very fashionable and reasonable price and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a new style!

Love this Rain Jacket
I really love this rain jacket. Color: The red color is very pretty. It's elegant. The color a pure red, not too bright and not dull. On cloudy days (we have a few here in the PNW) it provides a zesty pop of color, which nicely compliments the nautical blue and white striped pattern on the inside. I especially like to turn out the sleeve cuffs to show the blue & white stripes. Fit: It is a whole lot roomier than I anticipated, and I am soooo grateful for that! I ordered the medium size based on other reviewers. I am not sure a small would have felt as comfortable (I am a 34DD on top and wear a 6 pants), but if you are between sizes, sizing down will give you a more fitted feel and look. It is flattering nonetheless. Styling: I don't believe anyone else mentioned this, but the sleeves are long, not too long but long enough to roll the cuff, which I love because it allows me to show off the nautical lining. The hood fits nicely and stays put on windy days - also roomy enough to wear a warm beanie! Comfort: This is a nice, roomy, comfortable jacket. It moves with you nicely on walks, and the pockets are perfect for carrying your phone and keys. Again, I appreciate the roominess of the jacket because on cool breezy days I am able to wear a thicker sweater underneath for warmth. Waterproof test: Yes, it held up when the misting got wetter!

Exactly what I needed BUT
Purchased February 2024. This is the exact lightweight jacket I was looking for. It checked off all the markers for me with 2 exceptions: Pros: lightweight, has a removable hood with zipper , it's easily adjustable in the waist line area, if necessary, I purchased a black one so you can never go wrong with black, the inside material is soft not the same as the outside, which a plus for me, and the zipper is hidden with a flap that has buttons so it looks nicer. It is also has rain repellent. First day this item arrived for me it was raining and I immediately used it for the day. It worked well with the rain. My only 2 cons: I wish the pockets were bigger, and the pockets would have a zipper to close them instead of having 1 button. Also nothing against this particular designer BUT why can't all women jackets have an inside pocket like the jackets designed for men. That is always my particular critic when it comes to women jacket design. But besides those 2 cons I still can manage. Hope this is helpful.

This is a beauty and fits great
First off, the color is a beautiful yellow. I've always wanted a yellow rain jacket so I finally bought one. The pin stripe blue and white on the inside just makes the colors pop and it looks classy. I usually wear a size medium (US size 8 in clothes, 5.5, 152 lbs); however, I spend a lot of time outside in snow and rain and I need to layer. So I purchased a large and I'm happy with it. In the photo I had a t-shirt and a sweatshirt under the jacket and it still wasn't tight at all. I love that it zips and snaps, it has a hood and the tie is around your waist gives it a more fitted look. I will say that the string you tie around your waist seems to be made of a cheaper product. I wish it would be a higher quality product. If not for that, I'd have no complaints. So I haven't worn it out in the rain just yet. If it doesn't hold up I'll add on to this review.

So nice I bought it twice
I bought what appears to be the same jacket from another seller a few months ago. Even though I loved that jacket, I ended up sending it back because it had gotten damaged. When I went to reorder, the seller was no longer carrying the style! I tried to order a replacement from a different seller and that's when I realized that these jackets are not all the same, even if they use similar stock photos. The replacement jacket was made of a rougher, harder, matte material, and the cut made me look frumpy. I returned that jacket and continued my search. When I came across this Arthas jacket, it looked promising based off the customer pictures. Luckily - this is the same jacket as my beloved original. My favorite thing about this jacket is its versatility. The smooth water-resistant material and hood makes it an ideal choice for rain. The style is the perfect mix of casual and dressy and the olive drab color goes with everything. I'm about 15 lbs heavier than I was with the first jacket, but the medium still fits great and is roomy enough to fit in an extra layer. If I had to nitpick anything, it would be to angle the pockets so that we can more naturally put our hands in.

Great Rain Coat
Was looking for a long time for a good rain coat and found this one! The hood is amazing! It’s big enough but doesn’t flop in your face and keeps my clothes dry. It’s very stylish and I love it!

There are pros but a considerable amount of cons
I’m 5’3”, around 160 lbs, 36C bust and live in an area with all seasons. For the pros: I ordered a large to have a little extra room for layering and it fit perfect. It’s super cute, I got the red color and it’s vibrant and the cut is flattering. The sleeves are a little long, but I do prefer slightly oversized. This jacket is lightweight and good for 55-65 weather. Zippers work, they’re plastic and smooth. It is water resistant and won’t leave you soaked but I wouldn’t wear this in an actual storm for a number of reasons. I can start on those reasons. Cons: While wind proof and water resistant, it’s a sauna suit if you will be in high humidity. The cotton lining does not offer breathability. My shirts around the back collar and mid-back always get damp from sweat if I can’t take this jacket off in time or I don’t wear a cardigan. The waist and hood cord are really impractical for a rain garment. They are the first thing to get wet, dripping wet. There are no cord keeper things, so I knotted the ones around my waist and they hold fine but not exactly adjustable. Because I got a larger size, I don’t need to constantly adjust. The hood is a very crappy design. While it lays fine, if there’s any wind at all, it won’t stay on. I have to tighten the cords to keep it on my head while walking and since the cords are so slippery, I have to hold them with my hands to keep the hood down. It always stays in the back of the jacket, cords and all; it’s removable to I’ll take it off and just carry an umbrella because it’s so cumbersome and nonfunctional—sort of defeating the need for a rain jacket with a hood. I had to have it for around a month post purchase to gauge all these things. I still wear it almost everyday because it’s the spring jacket I wanted in looks but not design. It does the job, I’d recommend if you’re really bent on it but I’d also say to keep looking if you take a while to make a decision when online shopping (it takes me so long, so I finally decided and I’m disappointed but not to the point of returning it.) Thanks for reading, happy shopping.

Perfect!! Rainforest - Here I Come!!
I am 5'7" 140 lbs 34DD and the Medium fits perfectly with a sweatshirt underneath. I'm taking it to the rainforest region of Costa Rica the 1st week of December. It is well made, nicely tailored, doesn't look like a flour sack (a lot of rain jackets are boxy & shapeless). I LOVE the color and the contrasting striped lining. I would have liked to have a couple of side slash pockets, but for the price, it is a great jacket.

Nice jacket, but sizing is a bit off.
The jacket looks good, and fits well for the most part. The XXL is closer to XL, a bit snug, especially across the shoulders and hips. Not too much though, so your experience may differ. So, be prepared for something that's not quite as forgiving. The detachable hood is a good thing to have for those days when rain isn't forecast, but you want a bit of extra coverage.

Cheap
This jacket looks very cheap, so the reviews are right that you get what you pay for. It does not fit well and it is vert boxy even with the waist strings. Would not recommend.
