Big Dog Ball Launcher, Tennis Ball Thrower for Big Dogs and mid Sized Dogs

We bought a Goldendoodle puppy at our age, 65. What were we thinking? My husband takes him for a walk in the AM, and we both work from home, so he gets plenty of attention. But at the end of the day, we are both tired. This little thing is awesome! We got it yesterday and started using it right away. We are trying to teach him to drop the ball in the hopper. Of course he has also dropped bones, treats and toys. So now we just set a saucer on top of the hole to keep stuff out. My only complaint is the tennis balls which come with the iDogmate can be devoured by my pup in a few minutes. The Chick-it Balls are a little to heavy and sometimes get stuck. We found 2.5 inch rubber balls on Amazon, which are perfect. They launch well and when the dog gets tired of chasing the ball, he can sit down and chew on it without worry.

Product “claims” to launch the ball up to 40 feet when in reality maybe 15 feet if you’re lucky. I paid over $200 for the unit this isn’t even worth half that. All of the settings throw the ball about the same distance. Do not buy most likely will be returning soon highly dissatisfied and product does not live up to its description. Would give zero stars if that was a choice

My dog loves this thing! It has a nice large opening for her to drop the ball into and she learned really easy.It isn’t the quietest thing in the world but I’m not sure what could be done about that. I oils love to see the next version have a sensor on the front that won’t shoot if anything is standing within so many feet. My dog actually thinks it’s a challenge to stand and catch it right away instead of chasing it, lol.We are working now on the training to stand to the side of it!I also love the distance adjustments as we have used this inside with her on crummy weather days.

The media could not be loaded. My labradoodle Angus spends hours chasing tennis balls. This device is saving me from reconstructive surgery on my shoulders. The charge lasts all day and the variable distance keeps him entertained. I can't seem to stop him from trying to catch the ball as it exits the launcher, but he's learned when it's going to shoot far and stands out of the way.

Good product wish it shot further

Bought it July 9th 2020. Lasted 2 months. Launching motor just kept running as soon as you turn it on.Contacted seller and they would not send me a new one and did not want it back. They actually told mehow to take it apart and look for a loose plug inside the junk box.That was not the problem. Pulled it out today and will not turn on or even charge the batteries. JUNK !!

If you dumps 4-5 balls in the top the get stuck against each other and don’t go down the chute to automate the throwing.

Oh my goodness! This thing is amazing. My Aussie loves it. I purchased another cheaper dog ball launcher and it didn’t perform as well (Franklin 90$ one)Seriously, real customer here, if your gunna buy a dog ball launcher, do yourself a favor and buy this one. It is a lot, but it is seriously so cool. Works really well with wet balls! It’s light, it’s way quieter than the competition, it’s seriously the best.
