I bought the large and I have a 34 inch waist. The inner liner shorts hug your legs. They may be tight on bigger muscular legs but streach comfortably. The outer shorts are made well and breath while working out. durable and wash well!!

The pocket is big enough to fit my S24 in it which is nice. The only thing I didn't like was the zipper pockets. The zipper is of poor quality. Other than that great shorts.

Wanted some cheap workout shorts with the phone sleeve in the lining. Found these and figured it I'd give them a try because of the price. I ordered my normal size (after figuring out what that was in the company's sizes) and it fits well enough. Can be a little tight but ultimately they fit well. They're honestly really great shorts for the price. The zipper pockets are nice and the phone sleeve makes running with a phone easy. My only concern is how long they will last. The material isn't great so I'm not sure these will last a long time. That's really my only gripe but for the price I didn't expect much more than that.

I ordered these shorts for my husband and he loves them for exercising. We ordered a medium, but when we received them the tag said X-Large. We returned them and reordered. Once again, we received the shorts with an xl tag. They looked small for an xl so, he tried them on and they fit like a medium. Strange.

Personally, I use this for the gym and it works very well. They're comfy enough to move and lounge around. My only problem with these shorts are the under compression fit are not compressed. They're loose so you wont get that compressed under spandex feeling. The phone pocket and towel holder are a great addition and should be mandatory for all gym shorts!For size wise, I'd say they stay true to size since my waise size is 30-32 inches (Medium).Id give them a 3.5 stars because whatever storage factory/manufacturer these shorts come from, they seem to ship inconsistent shorts with the phone pocket and towel holder. I ordered two shorts of these (one black and white), and the white shorts came with the phone and towel pocket while the black shorts came without the towel holder, so beware of this.All in all, these shorts are a good budget option for those that aren't trying to spend $20-50 for one gym shorts. They're comfy for me and in the, I may buy some more!

So I'm just shy of 6', 165-170lbs. Amazon recommended Large, it seemed to me Mediums would be more my size. Decided I'd rather have them too big than too small and bought large. They fit about perfect, wouldn't want them any smaller.They're about my favorite pair of shorts right now. Really like the cell phone pocket. The zippers on the other pockets are a little janky but they may get better with use.

These are made of super cheap material that feels heavy with a lot of friction. Straight out of the bag they had loose threads that look like they'll come apart after a few wash cycles. The phone pouch is also loose AF. I'm guessing the models being advertised are a 32" waist but wearing 2 sizes smaller so the shorts stretch to not make their legs look skinny.Over all these are not tailored well, the material sucks, and the stitching looks like it wont last. It's your basic China goods.

When I say these are the best shorts ever, I really mean that THESE ARE THE BEST SHORTS EVER!I bought a pair thinking they were going to be too true for the price. When they arrived, I was not impressed by the packaging - they came in a simple plastic bag. I put them shorts on right away and was happy with how comfortable the shorts felt. 10/10 for the fabric and fitThe real test was during the workouts. I put them to the test by first using them during leg day. Not only were the shorts comfortable, but the compression part of the shorts kept the fabric from rising up. Not only that, but the zippers come in clutch all the time. 10/10I've used other brand-name shorts in the past - they either rip and tear quickly, the fabric sucks, or they are overpriced.

The material is a disappointment. It is nothing close to what you see in the pic.

I reading the reviews, i thought i would have got a better quality product. I would be happy to pay an extra $10 if the fabrics were a bit better. I also have a Telaleo part of shorts, and think they are a better short.
