Lakeshore Wholegrain Mustard with Irish Stout, 7.23 Ounce

Delicious. The jar arrived looking dirty but it wasn’t open. With Covid we sanitize everything anyway and cleaned it up before opening. It was fresh and delicious. Great whole grain pop in our recipes!

I like mustard but wouldn't say it's my favorite thing in the world. After purchasing a meat smoker I've started using more mustard though.Tried a number of different types of mustard including a lot of "microbrewery" mustard. Some have been good but none could compare to this so far.For starters - it isn't over-Guinnessy. Some of my friends don't like Guinness (that's just not right). They were hesitant to try it but when they did they loved it. To me what makes it unique is that it isn't really a smooth, "blended" type of mustard. The mustard seeds are whole. Due to that it adds a very good texture whether I'm rubbing it on meat to smoke or just eating it with a sandwich or something else - adds a slight amount of crunch but not too much. It was so good when I first tried it that I probably ate about 1/8th of the jar straight amazed by the awesome texture of the mustard.I can't find this in the local grocery store - but will definitely be purchasing from Amazon whenever I need to restock. My favorite mustard by far.

This mustard came with a leak and sticky sauce all over the outside of the jar. It was wrapped very well and the seal on the cap was unbroken, so there must have been a leak before wrapping. Leary of using it for fear of contamination. Amazon says it is a non-returnable item and refers you to a long page of explanations for lots of issues, but I was unable to find the specific reason that pertained to this, so out the cost and product.

Not a real bad leak, but enough to make the jar sticky. It's mustard, not very perishable. Not exactly fresh seafood. Looks and tastes fine, so I'm not sweating it. Also, it was packaged well plus 2-day delivery.

I got this on a whim and was surprised how delicious it is. Love mustard seeds.

Ads great flavor in so many applications. Love adding a bit of it to homemade salad dressing but it also is wonderful for traditional uses such as burgers, brats, and dogs!

If you like whole grain mustard, this is the one. Very flavorful. Great on sandwiches and to use when cooking.

Bought this because of a review I read. After trying it, realized it is alittle too sweet for most uses I have for a mustard product.
