This game is so silly and fun!

This is a good, humorous, easy to understand game. My 7 year old plays and understand most of it. My 9 year old understands and is starting to use the game mechanics and combinations to her advantage. Both have won with me taking it easy on them and not stacking combination in my favor too much. The only thing I don’t like is when games use two different cards to do the same mechanic. There are two cards in this game that do the exact same thing but are named something different and have different art. It’s a pet peeve I know but I’m allowed to take away 1 star for a pet peeve. Other than that, I like this game and would even consider buying an expansion one day.

Have you ever played a card game that was poorly balanced and a horrible slog to get through? Well, this isn't like that. In fact, far from it. My kids and I have played many, many rounds of this game and we absolutely love it. It's humorous, well-balanced, and designed for quick play. It has great replay value too because when someone wins, it usually means that someone else was close to winning too, so we always want to play another round. Initially we were stumped as to why some cards were included (like Beard Garden, which allows you to add 2 Golden Beard Hairs to the discard pile) but then we figured out the strategy behind them. The cards are sturdy and everything seems well-made. Overall, we are very satisfied with the game and highly recommend!

Got this as the family gift for Christmas to add to our game collection. It was absolutely hilarious and enjoyed by everyone. We had a little trouble with the directions but after two you tube videos some of us were able to get it and explain to the rest. Love it so much and now I want to get it for my next friend game night!

So much fun!!!!!!!!!! Played this at a friend's house during a game night and immediately purchased it for our game selection. We have played with many friends and they have loved growing their "beards" with us. 10/10 would recommend!
