Product image/description show it's 9ft from the outlet to the first bulb. My 100ft strand only had about 9 inches. Has anyone else had this issue?

I ordered 100 ft plastic bulbs but received glass . I need to contact seller to get correct ones, how?

Truthfully...you have to be more careful hanging them...but the glass bulbs are far superior in my opinion. I cannot believe that Amazon doesn't have a customer service department to handle problems...I have never returned anything, but my daughter has...try explaining your problem to Amazon.
