can you eat twisslers while on the fast

As will any fast, water bulk up on water, nice cold water. If winter, boiled water with lemon got me thru Its only 2 days, 2/3rd is sleep..so it is very do-able..Mindset: why Im I doing this? 2 lose excess lbs & clean system ( I do eat celery..its got that bit your craving & mostly water ;)
