As a home baker it is important to keep various baking flours dry and fresh. This is an excellent product to meet the need.

I opened one up, and I see how it works. Clever.After a few months, the filter WILL get saturated and won't work any more, so regular replacement is important .Good price for a replacement filter.

Using as filters for OXO produce savers

I liked they came in 2 packs of 2 so I didn't open all 4 to the air. I did repackage the one I didn't use yet into a plastic baggie. I haven't used the filters in a long time (just to lazy) but on first use I did see a difference in the length of time my spinach stayed fresh. I used 1 in a 5qt. rectangular OXO vege keeper.

Smaller than advertised.
Extremely small did not measure up to the size advertised. Package said use two I thought I was getting four. Not sure if they worked I return them. Didn't seem a value for the cost to me.
