I am falling asleep! THISWORKS really is working! I tried it with skepticism but I have been falling asleep within minutes for the past 9 nights, every night! I love the scent and not only am I falling asleep quickly, I'm sleeping through the night, a full 8 hours. Sleep has been a long lost friend until now. I awake refreshed and completely rested not remembering the struggles of tossing and turning that have plagued me for the past year. THISISWONDERFUL!!

this stuff is awesome and i think it smells sooo good, it's like a lavender and essential oil spa-type smell. my only critique would be that i don't think it necessarily helps to fall asleep FASTER but it does put me in a DEEPER sleep for sure and i get better quality sleep

Okay, so I didn’t like the smell of this when I opened it and neither did my fiancé. I bought it for him because his insomnia has been getting even worse and he had been sleeping like 3 hours a night for a week. I didn’t want to get him any pills to start- if you’ve ever had a loved one on Ambien you’ll know why. Sprayed it on both our pillows anyway, and what can I say? It works. The first night we used it, I felt so much more rested than normal and he slept 7 hours! The next night, the smell was actually really nice (brain switching to like it?) and he slept 9.5 hours with no alarm!! All the years together, I’ve never known him to get more than 6-6.5 hours of sleep EVER, even when he’s less stressed than he is now. I think we’ve found a winner. Some reviews mention the price being a lot, but anything that helps break a streak of insomnia is worth it. You can make your own mix using essential oils of the key ingredients, alcohol and water, but I don’t know if it works as well. May try it, but for now this is fantastic. There’s plenty for the price. The bottle is probably smaller than other products, but you only need two sprays per pillow if you hold it away like hairspray. I’m sure it’ll make it at least a month which is worth it to us. I don’t know if it’ll work for everyone, but even placebos can be powerful if you believe they’ll work. I don’t care if essential oil stuff is placebo or actually does something to the brain, the result is real this time and we’ll take it.

Don't hesitate, just buy it!!! This spray has changed the game for me and I couldn't be more in love with it. I've used it for 10 days and it has helped me sleep so much better and feel good when I wake up. It might be one of the best things I've ever bought myself. For the past 10 years, I have had trouble falling asleep quickly, usually taking 1-4 hours to fall asleep. I always get scared to try different sleep aids since I have melatonin sensitivity, like a dose that should make me get 8 hours will knock me out for 48 hours. I was so nervous that this spray would either be too strong and knock me out for a day or that it wouldn't be strong enough, and I'd still be lying awake at 3 am. I can confidently say that this spray has had such a huge impact on me, and I don't know how I could ever not use it. Usually, I only have a night or two a month where I can fall asleep within an hour, but I have been able to get to sleep within an hour (sometimes a half hour!) 8 out of 10 days. This is the first sleep aid I've had that doesn't make me feel groggy and slow the next day, I actually feel refreshed and have been able to be more productive during the day since I'm finally getting consistent sleep. No nightmares, no racing thoughts keeping me up til 4 am, no drowsy feeling, no negative side effects. I found that I do sleep better when I use the shower gel and lotion that goes with this spray, but they aren't necessary, and the spray does its job on its own. 2-3 sprays on my pillow and I'm set The only thing I don't love about this is the scent, like it doesn't smell bad but I wouldn't buy a perfume of it. This scent could easily be someone's favorite scent, but it just isn't mine lol. I've just never been a camomile or vetivert girl, but with that being said, it isn't like I spray my pillow and I'm up gagging. It's still a calming scent and I'm already getting more and more used to it I'm probably going to end up getting this spray auto-shipped to me and buying it for my family for birthdays or Christmas or whatever. I really love this product and cannot recommend it enough

So I don't leave reviews often unless the product is outstanding or really bad. I checked out the other reviews to see what others said to see if the problem I had was mutual and found a similar review and so I thought I'd share my experience. The first time I tried this product, it was a small, sample size product. And it truly worked when sprayed on a pillow, had a wonderful long lasting scent from natural oils and I felt helped with sleep, because it made you want to nuzzle into your pillow. So my sister's birthday was coming up, and she occasionally has trouble sleeping, so I thought I'd get her this as a gift and get myself a larger version as well because I liked the sample size I'd gotten so much. When it arrived, I quickly opened mine and put it in the bedroom next to my bed to try sometime in the future. About a week later, I sprayed my pillow and the smell was quite unexpected. There was some of the natural oil scent, but mainly the scent was a strong vinegar-Y odor and was nothing like the small sample I had gotten before. I'm not one to send products back or to take the time to write to a seller to try to get a refund or a replacement which would probably just be more of the same. I am the type of person who will leave a review for others as a warning however. Now all I know is that if you get a small sample size version of this or possibly an official version directly from the company who makes this product in the U.K. (they have a website and you can order direct which is my next step), it can be a wonderful product when sprayed on a pillow. But I think this product has been altered or switched at some point and say buyer beware. If you get a product that doesn't smell very strongly of natural plant based oils, you are being duped.

TLDR: 10/10 DEFINITELY RECCOMEND! This works great for me & the 1 time I didn't use it, I literally got no sleep until I used it again. I swear by it! I have ALWAYS had issues falling asleep & staying asleep, yet from even the very first use, I sleep like a baby now. Now let me say this before I go any further. If you have medical related sleep issues or have dire sleep problems, insomnia, or night terrors this is NOT some type of miracle cure. You need a doctor for that. So allow me to continue now that that has been said. I have been using this every single night for a few months now & it works great. I originally received a small sample of this from Ulta & from the 1st use I was sold on the product. No matter where you try to find this product, it always costs the same, but atleast here, Amazon has free shipping or next day delivery (that is if your area qualifies you for that?). This product smells great but definitely a different smell than I have ever smelled before. Honestly, I thought it was weird as hell at first. Lol. I make sure to do 2 sprays & use my arm to run across the sprayed area to spread the smell without wetting my pillow too much. Only 1 time in about 2.5 months did I not use the spray & I was seriously waking up constantly, tossing & turning, aswell as had so much issues just falling asleep! Later that day, I went to Ulta & bought another one(I was waiting for one from Amazon). Once I used this on my pillow again & I laid down, I was FINALLY able to take a desperately needed nap! It's not for everyone, but it is an amazing product!

It does smell wonderful , but it doesn’t put me to sleep . And the smell does stay on your pillows / sheets for some time but as far as putting me to sleep and stay asleep it didn’t meet my expectations.

Pillow talk, e il mio prodotto preferito, lo uso ogni sera, ma sopratutto quando sono stanco dal lavoro, o anche un po’ stressato, mi aiuta a dormire meglio e al risveglio mi sento come un ciclone, ovviamente il prodotto si presenta acquoso ma non importa, io lo spruzzo circa 20 minuti prima di andare al letto così il prodotto si asciuga lasciando l’aroma, lo uso anche sul pigiama. A volte lo uso anche sulle camicie quando so che la giornata può essere stressante.

This product is fantastic. For those of us struggling with sleep. It presents a beautiful calming aroma which promotes rest and sleep. My third bottle to date and I've bought two for presents.
