Blocks light perfectly, and was worried about the color but looks great. Was able to reuse previous mounts, although I had to drill holes in the top to accommodate the old hardware, as these were constructed slightly differently. But these were so easy to install that I managed to do it with only one working arm (other was injured) and my head to hold them in place while bolting to the old hardware. Best blinds ever, no cords, work perfectly! I did order the wrong size, not realizing which measurement to give so they are a bit narrow, but is ok with me as you still cannot see in the room from outside.

It has been 4 years and I still love these shades! The have held up beautifully. Go up and down very easily and look great! My only issue is one (out of 7) is slightly uneven when opened but I just line it up with the middle of the window frame and no one other than me probably even notices. The other 6 are perfect!

I was a little hesitant buying based on monitor color but they were the perfect color for my new office ..matches my furniture perfectly.Easy to install and provide a black out feel and keeps the cold out as well. I love the cordless feature too!

This is a really well-made product. It really blocks out the sun which is why we bought it. We have a deco glass window in our bathroom that acts as a magnifying glass and radiates the sun. It has been a night and day difference in the amount of heat that it is blocked since installing it. I would give it a perfect five stars except for two things. the directions are the greatest but I'm pretty handy so I figured it out on my own without directions. But the first two screws I tried to use stripped out. They provide some very cheap screws. Luckily I keep drywall and wood screws in stock in my garage and use those to install it.

I really like these shades. the color is espresso so they are dark wood. they feel like good quality wood also. They look awesome but they really darken a room. I thought the space between the slat was larger but they are put together tightly which doesn't allow much light to get through, so I keep them up during the day. the one drawback is the raise/lower mechanism. You pull on the bottom to lower and push the bottom up to raise them. The mechanism seems fairly fragile and I use them gingerly hoping that I wont break them. For that reason I don't think they will last as long as I would want them to. I will continue to raise and lower them very gently. I wouldn't ever tug on them hard or let children pull on them cause this thing is FRAGILE! Otherwise I really am pleased with my purchase. I have them in my office so I will be the only one messing with them. I WOULD NOT use them in a family room or a room that I would be adjusting them often.

Great buy and I'm very happy with them. I have super large windows and bought three to fit across. They go up and down easily and give excellent coverage at night.

These blinds are in my kitchen and look wonderful. Easy to install. The one over the sink is more difficult to raise due to me being short, but they are easy to raise with one hand.

Blind itself is nice looking, screws given did not have pointy tips-had to use screws from home. Packaging was disappointing, blind put loosely in a cardboard box. Scared that the pull up/down mechanism will break as seen in other reviews.

Purchased in Aug 20206 months ago the line on one side started to act wrong. Only one side of the blind extracted correctlyFor the money I’d have expected better durability than this.Not a good purchase choice
