Whats the difference between this product and pure encapsulations - copper (glycinate) - hypoallergenic essential mineral supplement?

I have been taking the citrate form. Some people may be sensitive to large amounts of citrate but these are tiny pills. Citrate does not require stomach acid for absorption so may work well with elderly or people taking acid suppressing medicines. Citrate can also be good for people with tendency to develop kidney stones. The glycinate form is chelated with glycine, a very simple amino acid that can be calming / inhibitory and is also well absorbed and least likely to cause any gastric issues.

Are the capsules supposed to be blue in color?

Yes. I've been using this Copper for quite some time now, and every bottle has had capsules of a beautiful light blue color. I was told to expect this from the person who recommended I supplement with copper, but it still comes as a little joyful surprise every time I open the bottle.

Is this 2mg of copper citrate or 2mg of elemental copper (though it comes from citrate)?
