Has anyone that owns this had an issue where if there is not a lot of sound, if a sound plays it pops, like the speakers are coming on and off?

I got the theta 7.1 to replace my faulty ASUS ROG Centurion 7.1, no matter what settings I change the Theta are Super quite, I wish I had read peoples questions here before I ordered them now

Someone please help? I have heard that the volume is low on 7.1. Is this true? And if so, is their a fix for this such as using virtual surround?

You need to use the Sonic Studio that’s comes with ur motherboard software utility or u just download it from their website. I used same software but I don’t have Asus theta gaming headset. I have hyperx Cloud Orbit. The volume is so loud , it’s insane. You need to enable it from the software and choose ur gaming headset from the list. normally it should Auto detect. You can also choose gaming preset ai noise cancelling too. Good luck :)

Is the asus rog theta really true 7.1 surround sound without software? is there 7.1 on ps4 /ps5 too?

I use these on my PC. I didn’t know they worked on consoles. They are usb or usbc. But they have dedicated speakers on each side. Work nicely with the atmos for headphones driver on pc.
