45% Pure Vinegar - Concentrated Industrial Grade (1-Gallon)

Outstanding. I used this full strength with a sprayer to kill off poison ivy. It worked great. Within a few days of application the leaves were brown, shriveled, and dried up. All I had to do was go in and rip out the roots afterwards. Will buy again if needed. Good product. Stronger than anything I could find locally. Definitely wear PPE when using and don't breathe in the fumes.

I purchased this 45% pure vinegar for the soul purpose of making weedkiller, it did not disappoint. I followed a recipe another reviewer had added to their review, applied it with a sprayer in the heat of the day, and within hours the weeds started to wither and turn brown. Another key factor was to not water the area for 48 hours. There are a few stragglers that haven't died, so I will reapply the mixture on the remaining weeds next week. So if you want a natural way to kill off your weeds try this recipe: 1 gallon of the 45% pure Vinegar 1 gallon of water 1 cup of Epsom salt 2 TBL spoons of Dawn Soap I mixed the salt and soap into the water before I added the vinegar. I made sure that the salt was completely dissolved in the water prior to adding the soap and the vinegar.

I am so glad that I purchased this vinegar! I also truly appreciate the many reviews sharing recipes and I am especially thankful for the reviewer who related her experience after she accidentally got some of the vinegar on her hand! It made me very cautious when mixing and using the solution! It really did take care of the weed problem, though I had more weeds than I thought...I believe it also "took out" some dreaded fire ants in the process. I will definitely be purchasing this again!

This is extremely good vinegar for killing weeds on my yard and safe for the health. I ve got it second time already. It smells very strong and not pleasant so better to use it when there is no wind

When it was delivered, the bottle had opened and dumped liquid vinegar all over the box. The box is soaked with vinegar. There is still a good amount in there, though and I am optimistic that it kills my thistles. I can't imagine that I need a whole bottle, but it is the point.

Kills weeds fast!! We sprayed on driveway weeds in the morning on a hot summer day and the weeds were gone by the evening. Impressed! It does smell, but in my opinion worth it to kill the weeds without harsh chemicals.

I'm never buying herbicide from stores again, crossing my fingers in the hopes that it MIGHT work on whatever I'm trying to eradicate from my lawn, because this is IT, my dudes. I love how there are very clear instructions on how to mix it with water, dish soap, and salt. It is incredibly effective, on literally anything you want to use it for. This time around, I used it on huge swaths of crabgrass that had nearly taken over my yard, and it did not stand a CHANCE when I used this high-powered vinegar. It literally wiped out everything I sprayed it on. It's not the prettiest sight, but it sure as heck isn't coming back either :) even pouring boiling water isn't a guarantee that it'll kill it all the way down to the roots. Ask me how I know. Make sure you put down pre-emergent afterwards as well, just to be sure. Also, it's best to apply on a day when you're gonna get lots of sun exposure, it's a one-two punch the weeds will never recover from. 😈 I will definitely be re-purchasing next season. It makes me feel better that I'm not using crazy chemicals that could get into the water supply, but definitely still exercise caution and spray in the direction the wind is blowing, to minimize inhaling any fumes (I live in the South, let's be real--I'm not wearing a face mask when the temperature doesn't drop below 85, even at night).

Mix with a gallon of water and you get a perfect, safe way to kill weeds. Turns them brown within minutes on a sunny day. Cost effective.
