These are very delicious, very simple. They are easy to season to whatever you are making, and so soft. Easy to cook, good quality, and great value

I find that Chinese style noodles tend to be a bit pricier than many other pasta options. If you are going to spend the money, you at least want a tasty product. I believe these met the that standard. I used them to make a stir fry style dish on my outdoor griddle. They held up well and tasted good.

We were looking for a buckwheat udon noodle after we had a fantastic appetizer using this ingredient at an upscale restaurant. We tried a few different brands and this one was our favorite. The noodles had the right texture and held shape. Good value as you get about two and a half pounds of dry noodles for about $6.
