Five stars because I got exactly what I ordered but I wish I would have gotten the longer version. Even if I got the longest version these are decent quality and they fold up VERY nicely. Perfect for a pepper backpack or a trunk. For a folding set of bolt cutters you're not going to get a better tool for the price without marginal difference if you spend twice the amount. Just make sure you get the longest version!

As a first responder, these folding bolt cutters are a must have for every vehicle. I don’t care if your law-enforcement I don’t care if you’re fire rescue. Those hose draggers have enough toys and gadgets. Every first responder should have one of these in their vehicle at all times.

Had a pair of these overseas, good for breaching and when a joe loses his locker key. Positives: - Small, (probably about the length of your forearm) - Collapsible for ease of storage. - Lightweight yet durable Negatives: - Arrived with loose bolts so I had to tighten them upon receipt. - Bolts were stiff and thus difficult to tighten Overall, great value and delivers as expected. It's not the Cadillac of cutters but it can handle some decent work.

This piece of equipment is fantastic. I love that it folds down/collapses, and can be tucked away into a tool bag nicely. I was trying to cut some metal rods for some Ikea cellular shades and nothing was working for me, when a hardware store employee suggested I get these. They cut really well and I really like that they're not too heavy. Plus, made in America!

Nice bolt cutters. I read some reviews on chipping etc. If you stay within the parameters and not try to cut something massive I don't see there being an issue.

These 24in bolt cutter jaws cracked on me with just a few easy bolt seals. I had the size down before these for awhile & still have them & they are good but I retired them due to the poor leverage cause of the smaller size. I don't know if these bigger ones were forged poorly or what but yeah this sucks.

I got this primarily to cut up some old chain link fence I wanted to take down around my property. They have no problem snipping the wire without effort. The construction is sturdy and the jaws with the hard steel alloy look like they will last a long time. The jaws open more than adequately for a fence size wire and there's enough leverage to cut harder metal up to about 1/4 inch diameter or just a little bigger. I really like the folding handles to make storage and carrying more convenient. The handles open easily and latch securely in place. I would recommend these for the small to medium jobs. If using them for larger or harder metals, look at the larger sizes by the same manufacturer. You don't have to pay top dollar for something that works well.

La pieza cumple su función, es portable, sin embargo los acabados no son los mejores, tiene partes que se bailan mucho, pero ya desplegada y a la hora de cortar, no tiene fallas, pude cortar un candado mediano sin problemas. Para el precio está bastante bien, el único problema es el acabado pero en cuanto a funcionalidad todo bien.

Essa tecnologia de dobrar os cabos para reduzir espaço é sensacional! Torna prático o transporte em mochilas e maletas de ferramentas. Fiz alguns cortes em vergalhões e o fio de corte é "bruto". Não percebi qualquer deformação no fio de corte até o momento. O sistema de dobra dos cabos é seguro e tem uma folga mínima. Produto testado e aprovado!

Received it broken out of the box, there is clearly major quality control issues with the manufacturing process as there are two huge bubbles in the casting. Definitely would not recommend this product!

Used the gear the same day it arrived. Snapped a number of hardened metal threads. Not even a mark!! That shows its a quality product.
