No, they are out of the boxes, packaged in a bag.

If this is a p&g crest product, why does the product information say the manufacturer is the nehemiah manufacturing co?

Nehemiah Manufactory Company, aside from owning several lesser known brands, also manufactures and packages some of P&G's product lines including Downy and Febreeze. My guess is that this Crest toothpaste is one more such product. Hope this helps.

What is the Expired date ?
