Reusable Hot and Cold Ice Packs for Injuries (3-Piece Set), Joint Pain

I picked this 3-piece hot and cold pack set to help with some stubborn lower back stiffness and knee soreness, and it has quickly become a staple in my recover routine. What I like: The Wrap/Strap: Having a dedicated warp is a game-changer. It keeps the ice pack securely in place so I walk around the house or sit at my desk without it sliding off. Flexibility: Even straight out of the freezer, the gel packs retain enough flexibility to contour well around joints like knees and elbows, rather than freezing into a solid, unbending brick. Microwave friendly: They head up quickly in the microwave (just be sure to do it in short increments so you don't pip them) and hold a comfortable, soothing heath for a solid 20-25 minutes. Things to note: Because they are flexible gel, they stay ice-cold for about 20 to 30 minutes. This is perfect for doctor- recommended icing, but if you need something that stays frozen for hours, you might need a heavy-duty hard pack. Overall, having three pieces means I can always have one in the freezer while using another. Highly recommended for general join pain or muscle recovery!

This works so well. The gel ice pack stays cold and is comfortable to wear. The stretchy ace type wrap adheres securely with Velcro to close and stay put. The wrap is long enough to cover the foot and ankle easily. Very well made and durable. It’s so great I keep buying them for family and friends who are injured!

This is excellent value. Works great. The cloth sleeve is *just right* to protect your skin and keep any bandage/dressing from getting wet (from condensation, as the gel warms). The Velcro works great I give this 4-stars - only because the cloth sleeve starts to get a little "picked" looking, fairly soon (but still completely functional). But, that is probably a necessary design choice, given the Velcro component.

I only had it in the freezer for about two hours, and it was already more than cold enough to provide a solid 10 minutes of therapy. I’m looking forward to using it once it’s fully frozen to experience the maximum benefit. The fit is excellent, and it’s surprisingly comfortable to wear. Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality and performance and would highly recommend it.

I couldn't wait to do a review of this fantastic product! Perfect size packs slip into a pocket and the stretchable band supplies compression and keeps the pack just where you need it! Spare pack is a bonus and ready when you are. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Works great and the sleeve is very handy for wrapping around the ankle and probably large enough to go around the knee or anywhere on the average human arm. Stays cold for a while. It's an ice pack. Not much more to it than that.

I have eczema and my dermatologist recommended that I apply ice packs for the itching. I never knew that before. But some of the places on my body are not conducive to holding a cold pack there. So this long strap with velcro works great to hold the cold pack against the itchy spot. I can work around the house with it on. The ice packs are cold, but not freezing.

I got this for my back pain. I would always use a hot water bottle but found it very inconvenient to lug it around. This belt however is super comfortable and convenient and helped me a lot with easing my back pain.

Just what I needed for my sore knee. Works well and having a second pact means it’s always ready for use. Highly recommend

Worked perfectly for my shoulder injury and then later a leg injury. Stays nice and pliable when frozen, unlike many other products.

Easy to use but not very practical. Should give two straps .. so that both knees can be done at same time.Quality of strap and Velcro very poor. Gel is excellent.
