do you really need the crean in older to get this wrap?

Well it all helps. I would use an oil, hot oil or almond oil, orange oil and rub it in then wrap yourself. a cream or oil always helps to sink in the body and helps burn faster.

It is wonderfull, try it and you will see the results, Thank you !!!

Is it just 1 roll. How long? Can't find the yards or quantity. Is it a one time use?

1- 2 hours daily. The description says 40 meters but I have measured close to 50. Please use it daily with the Curveez Gel along with their waist cincher. It is the Bomb!!
