Clean it up before you use.
The quality of seeds was fine . The only problem was cleaning it up . It had some dirty granules mixed up with haleem seeds.

Product is fine. Could be cleaned more refinely though so that it doesn't have to be sieved or washed before use. Can't exactly review it's effectiveness and results as of now.

Not good
Seeds quality is okay but its not ready for use.. It has some unknown seeds mixes and soil particles :( I had to clean it manually for hours to use them

Highly Adulterated
I am ordering this for the second time, this time I found the seeds are highly adulterated with small stone like thing. In every 10 haleem seeds you will find 4 stones. Avoid buying it.

The product is good but highly priced as in local store 100 gms is available for ₹40 while this one is for ₹125
