Great purchase, works very well!
This refurbished desktop runs great! It was purchased to replace my old desktop (similar model) which was fried by a lightening strike. I just need something to run a few business applications and general simple household software. I especially appreciate the fact that it comes simply with Windows 7 Pro and Explorer - no junk added on. I was easily able to load all of my software that I need for daily use, and set it up just like my old one. I am planning on updating with Windows 10, but haven't done so,as of this review. Hopefully that will run just as smoothly. I will be purchasing another from this seller for my son, who is a student.

A huge disappointment
I was trying to buy a windows 7 pc for game playing. I need windows 8.1 or older windows to be able to play a number of my older games. So i came on here to buy an older windows 7 pc and they put windows 10. Why would anyone pay this much for an obselete computer unless they wanted the older operating system. If you put it in the system specs as windows 7 then make sure it is windows 7. A complete waste of time. probably just get a refund and go else where to buy the pc i want.

Windows 10 Problems
Had to ship the first computer back as I kept getting a fatal error that said I had to remove Audit Mode.. Computer was replace but took two weeks. Having trouble upgrading to Windows 10 due to residual programs left on the computer, e.g. AVG. No solution, yet. Purchase price was $149 when bought in May, 2016. Now it is priced at $78 on Amazon. Computer runs OK with Windows 7 but the Windows 10 upgrade is troublesome as Windows 7 will be unsupported. Better check it out before purchase.

Great Computer
I am very happy with the computer. It booted up fine after following the setup instructions.I am a ham radio operator and I am using it for the digital modes for FT8, FT4, and PSK31, and alogging program. The Digital software loaded and works fine. The support for this refurbishedcomputer was fantastic. I recommend this product for anyone looking for an alternative to purchasinga new computer.

good value desktop
Computer arrived with Windows 7 Pro but after emailing seller and being told about ability to upgrade to Windows 10, all is well. Very happy with this Dell desktop.
