Perfect OEM Fit for My Husqvarna Mower
The fuel pump arrived quickly, fit my Husqvarna riding mower exactly as the original equipment fuel pump, and solved the problem immediately. Installation was straightforward, and the mower started and ran properly after replacement. Considering the reasonable price compared to local options, this fuel pump provided excellent value. No complaints with this purchase.

Perfect replacement
Worked perfectly. When my tractor wouldn’t start, I knew it wasn’t getting fuel and figured this was the issue. Direct replacement screws fit perfectly. The actual brand was exactly what came on the tractor to start with. A few extra bucks for the direct replacement is the way to go.

Works great and recommended over the cheaper Chinese version.
I recently bought a Chinese replacement for my lawn tractor, but that one allowed fuel to leak into my crankcase and caused the tractor to start smoking and run poorly. Drained the oil and replaced the oil filter, purchased this B&S fuel pump a week later and it performs great. Costs a little more vs. the knock-off, but in this case, money well spent. If considering a new fuel pump, skip the foreign part and stick with OEM for $10 more.

The product worked, but not a genuine B & S part.
My only disappointment was that the product was not actually a Briggs & Stratton part, as the description had implied. The product was from Japan. The product was easy to install and did work and my John Deere started right up. It did fix the problem. I only put the pump in yesterday so hopefully it’ll work for a long time.

A good pump
I was surprised to see that the pump was not sent in an official oem Briggs and Straton package as shown in the description of the pump. I was glad to find tho, that it was a Mikuni pump, the same as on my motor. So l give it a five star for the pump but a one star for the description.

Exact replacement part!
This is a Briggs and Stratton manufactured replacement part that is an exact replacement for a John Deere D-140 mower with the 22 HP B&S engine. It fit perfectly in place, did not leak when reconnected, and was 100% compatable with my mower engine and existing gas supply lines.

Worth the price
Honestly, its an OEM replacement part, and performs as such. I swapped a twin briggs (it blew up) for a flathead, and needed a fuel pump as my tank is under the seat. Plumbing this in was no big deal, I tapped into the pulse from the top of the dipstick (drilled a hole, added a 1/8 npt to 1/4 barb fitting). I used a no name pulse pump at first, but it leaked badly after I turned the mower off. Using the B&S pulse pump, no leaks, and the mower works perfectly now. For the extra $10, I definitely recommend the Briggs model over the no name
