This is a little miracle if you know how to use it properly. As a full-time writer, I spend hours at my desk. Just received it and tried it on my traps and rhomboids, and I feel like after a 30-minute massage at the physio! Great size, shape, and material. Yes, it's hard, but it's supposed to. 100% recommend this product. Great for muscle and pain relief.

I have tried so many back, leg, foot pain relieving products and this has to be one of the best. Brilliant for the back to open knotted muscles safely over the spine and tight glutes. Very small, compact and easily to pack in a bag to help those that have medical issues when travelling away from home

The product is great it really does work. I’ve just ordered a second one as a present for a friend. My only gripe is that there was no instruction video which was mentioned in the description. Would it be possible for Sports Medica to provide one? Thank you.

Very easy to place. Helps hit all the right pressure points. This has helped a lot with my shoulder and back after a car accident. It is also small and easy to pack with me to work or trips.

Good purchase. Very effective. I use it regularly. Be aware- it is quite hard and feels a lot more intense than a tennis ball or racquet ball. The size and hardness makes it too intense for me to use on the floor like I would at tennis ball. Tennis ball I can lay down on top of it and use the weight of my body to roll into the knots in my upper back. This little guy is too intense for that. I love the double ball design and I like rolling against it on the wall. And letting it work on either side of my spine. So up and down the spine on the wall it’s excellent. The only thing is you have to be careful to get it lined up properly, if it isn’t level it won’t roll up and down. Took some effort to figure out how to get the best out of it but now I’m all about it. Thumbs up
