I’ve been using this gua sha tool for a while now, and I’m really happy with it. The quality is great — the stone feels smooth, sturdy, and naturally cool on the skin, which makes the massage even more relaxing. It glides easily over the face (especially when used with a serum or oil) and helps reduce puffiness, especially in the morning. I’ve noticed my face looks more lifted and refreshed with regular use. The size and shape are very convenient — it works perfectly along the jawline and cheekbones. I also like that it comes with a pouch, which makes it easy to store or take with me when traveling. Overall, it’s a great value for the price!

I usually use an ice cube on my face so I could debloat it, however, during a trip abroad I knew I wouldn't have the chance to get my hands on ice cubes and felt like this would be a worthy tool to invest in. 9/10, I loved this tool so much and was happy to have had it with me during my trip so I went ahead and re-purchased another one upon my return because unfortunately, it broke halfway through my trip. It's totally worth it, just don't accidentally drop it or it'll break into multiple pieces!! It worked exceptionally well at depuffing and debloating my face, allowing me to look sharp in my photos!

This is amazing!! I can't believe how great the quality is for the price! It's actual stone, includes a polishing cloth and carrying case for it, protecting it during transport! I was floored by how great this product is. The stone is cool and hard, I love how it feels on my face. It delivers variable pressure depending on how hard you press. You can do light passes or really dig into adhesions with this. It's thick and durable, I imagine it will last a long time. I have more expensive versions and this is identical and works just as well.

The Stone Tool for facial therapy is easy to use. It is sturdy and does help the facial muscles with relaxation. Unfortunately the last one I had slipped and broke. I was happy to replace it and glad to have a new one.

I was so excited to try this but unfortunately I dropped it on my hardwood floor just after I unboxed it and it shattered. :( I did not expect it to break so easily. 3 stars because I don’t know if it’s normal to be that fragile.

Useful but small. Would be good to have a self-contained sleeve for storage.

got this little beauty tool, very cute. It's cool to touch and very smooth leaves nice feel on my face. what I love it the most it won't get smashed if you drop it. (haven't try to drop, don't want to try either) It's not stainless steel but it won't smash. It comes with a little box then you carry it everywhere you go.

The product is VERY heavy, doesn’t have same curves like the the one in the pictures it has a carved logo saying “Lösen” on one side and bar code of their fb page on the other. I tried using it and it’s the most unsatisfying feeling ever ! It’s heavy, uneven, my face hurts. I can’t return it and now i’ll have to buy a normal quartz one cause this is just horrible. I swear the product weighs more than my phone, guys the picture is misleading they are using this picture from another company and making dupes. Do not buy !!! I paid 738 EGP and they are just gone to the wind. Btw i send the company “Lösen” a msg on whatsapp saying their pics and product is misleading and all i got was a sorry. I rarely write reviews but I was so pissed and i had to warn any buyers here in Egypt.
