The brand is just too good.
Delsey is a world class brand, even this small bag was too good.

A bit smaller than expected. Especially the front pocket is to tight to fit something relatively thick such as a wallet

Pratique mais fragile
C’est le deuxième que je command. Ils sont pratique avec différents compartiments. Le point faible : les fermetures éclairs sont fragiles. Les deux sont cassés presqu’à la même durée d’utilisation ( encore sous garantie) Malheureusement une marque aussi réputée que Delsey ne peut pas fournir un sav digne de ce nom. 2 mois d’attente pour obtenir une réponse de prise en charge. C’est bien de mentionner les 3 ans de garantie. Mais faut les ils sont pas en mesure de vous répondre. J’attendrai …
