I am pleased with this supplement - in addition to the success of a 24# weight loss plus easy to swallow, tasteless thin diameter. I've been using this for a while and I have M.S. and with this health issue its hard to lose weight. I have lost some weight and helps keep me from gaining. I felt a little obligated to come back and leave a review for this since my experience could truly help someone else. Within approximately a few hours of taking the recommended dosage on the Keto BHB, I felt some dizziness. Since this occurred in the morning I shrugged it off as very usual tiredness. The next day a few hours after taking the pills, I had a very bizarre feeling of dizziness as my office actually felt like it was slowly spinning. Fortunately I was sitting, so I waiting until that feeling passed... then I went a drank a lot of water. I essentially knew the feeling was related to these Keto BHB, the only other time I felt anything close to that dizziness was on the TimeMachine/Tornado ride at the amusement park. I recalled that I had taken a few vitamins/supplement earlier that morning .. so I planned to try another day without consuming anything else expect food, water and the 2 Keto BHB pills. >> The next day was worse! I got so dizzy that a I had to hold onto doorways and lean against the walls to make it to the bathroom, this time I felt sick as well, I held onto the sink with one hand and drank from the facet which I hate, (I only drink purified water). The spin felt strong that I was very close to calling security to contact 911 because I wasn't sure if I was able to remain conscience. I got my phone out and moved back into the hallway in case I suddenly collapsed so someone could see me if I did. Eventually the spinning sensation slowed enough feel like I was getting better, but the sick feeling lasted most of the day. I never took another Keto BHB pill after that and I never had another episode of dizziness. For reference I DO NOT >> Drink coffee, take drugs, only a social drinker - no alcohol in my system for over 2.5 month before and during the Keto BHB, no prescription medication during the Keto BHB usage. I have athlete level balance -- I'm thankful I was not driving as I sure, with the level of disorientation Keto BHB caused, I would have crushed into something. Be very mindful of what you will be doing in the hours after you've tried these pills for the first/second time, as they may not agree with your system in a highly impacting way. Be Safe!

I've been using the "Purely Optimal Keto BHB Exogenous Ketones Supplement" for a few days now, and while it's decent, it hasn't been a game-changer for me. The capsules are easy to take, and I did notice a slight increase in energy, but it's not as significant as I hoped. It helped a bit with maintaining ketosis, but the effects were subtle. For the price, I expected a more noticeable difference in my energy levels and appetite suppression. It's an okay supplement, but there are other options out there that might offer more bang for your buck. I'll finish the bottle, but I'm not sure if I'll repurchase it.

Some of the Keto supplements upset my stomach, but these do not. They are effective.

The Keto BHB was a total game changer for me for energy. I tried 2 pills in the morning but that was to much for me so I take 1 capsule with a full glass of water as soon as I wake up in the morning and then another at lunch to help me through my afternoon. I also drink about a half gallon of water a day because it’s good for digestion. I am not taking this for weight loss. This was highly recommended as I am going through perimenopause and I am so thankful I tried it. What most people don’t understand is when you begin a new supplement you don’t start at the highest dose as you need to give your body time to adjust. Some of the reviews show that people really aren’t educating themselves and just taking what the bottle recommends. I will never stop taking this and have referred it to many friends and family and they all have had a positive outcome as well. Start with small dose and allow your body time to acclimate and if you feel you need to increase down the road then cross that bridge when it comes! I love this product and 100% satisfied with the results it’s has provided. Less brain fog and more energy!

I am going to be completely honest here in case there are others out there who might have the same "reactions" to this keto supplement. I will also say while taking these, I am currently doing intermittent fasting - which I have done before that promotes the ketosis process and I have seen results from this fasting before. Seeing that these were keto supplements, I had the (basic) assumption that these would help with something I'm already doing to promote ketosis. Granted, my fasting specifically aims to eliminate all snacking and I eat 3 meals every day at the times my plan has - while also promoting healthy eating as well with the foods specifically. I've never had too much of a "reaction" to fasting as I slowly eased myself into it. I still exercise daily as I have a pretty demanding desk job currently. But, I've found while taking these supplements, I really haven't SEEN any results. Clothes still kinda fit like normal, even with my exercise, fasting, etc. I just finished the bottle actually not feeling/physically appearing any different than when I opened the bottle. I have found that you have to take these pills as the bottle says - 30 mins before eating. I've had really bad reactions if I take these pills after eating a meal (forgetting to take them before) or taking them a tad too early (before my commute to work). Dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea, heat flashes - feeling as if I have a fever - and it takes about 12 hours for all of this to go completely away for me. I don't know if it's the combination of the fasting, or if it's just my body and the reactions to this specific supplement. So, this is for anyone who knows if they're sensitive to supplements like this or are maybe trying to combine this with another sort of weight loss method. Again, this is just me and my body, my metabolism, etc. so it's different for everyone. But the feeling of being dizzy, lightheaded, and nauseous like this is NOT fun at all, I'm lucky I do have a desk job so I'm able to sit and not make the dizziness worse while my body works through it. So just be cautious!

Disclaimer: Each and every human being is built differently and will have varying effects based upon their own genealogical identity. I began doing the Keto diet with intermittent fasting (6:18); no bread; no milk; and used these supplements to help place myself into Ketosis faster. Every day I would do two-pills 20-minutes before each meal (as recommended on bottle), and due to my constraints, I only ate two meals a day (lunch and dinner) no snacking. Because of the Coronavirus, and mandatory isolation being placed into effect, I was only able to do some light cardio for the first week, before my routine changed. ~Results~ Week 1: I was walking 2.5 miles every other day, in addition to reduced caloric intake. I used my bathroom scale on two different surfaces, and tested myself 3 times per-surface to make sure the numbers were as accurate as possible before placing them on my spreadsheet. Within 5-days I had lost 10.2 lbs, which to some it may be great news, though keep in mind every cardiologist will tell you that "water-weight" is the easiest to lose. Week 2: I stopped cardio due to isolation, but maintained my diet and lost 5 lbs (from the original 10.2 pounds). I did have three cheat days as it was my birthday and we had a party with family. I also did the survey/questionnaire which they have on bottle, for an additional free one as they only give you 60-pills per bottle (which only lasts 15 days for my dietary needs). Week 3: I lost an additional 3 lbs (from original 15.2 lbs), with some cheat days, as my seasonal allergies began acting up (and dieting supplements with any medical-antibiotics is not advised). Week 4: I lost 2 more lbs (from original 18.2) and have slowed down weight-loss wise. I did not have any cheat days, and am now looking for ways to help me lost more weight. My goal is to be -40 lbs from original weight, and am trying to figure out how to optimize my dietary needs to accomplish this, due to my plateauing. Overall, this product is really great. As long as you stick to a strict diet and have only one cheat day per week (which is recommended by weight loss professionals), this does it's intended purpose. The only negative thing is the amount of pills per bottle. They recommend 1-2 pills before each meal, but only give you enough for 10-15 days. I would recommend they make bottles with 120 pills so their customer can have a months worth of supplies. Also, I do recommend intermittent fasting (6:18) with reduced caloric intake as it really helps lose weight.
