I have been using this product for 2yrs and have seen great improvement in energy level, strength, recovery, and muscle mass. No issues with this product.

Well tolerated but too early to tell about benefits. No unpleasant taste or GI upset.

One does (1000mg or 2 pills) is only 1g of creatine. If used for performance, you need to take around 5g. Which means you'll have to take this 5 times a day. Extremely inconvenient. Pills are small and easy to swallow. But the inconvenience means it's not worth it. Not the products fault. I should have read the label more carefully.

This is a great alternative to dumping creatine in a drink daily. Easier to just add with my normal vitamins daily.

The dosage isn’t effective. 5grams a day is the minimum effective dosage and the pills are 500mg each. You would have to take 10 a day to have any benefit. Doesn’t makes sense when you can do 1 five gram scoop of virtually any other creatine and be done with it. That being said if you want to take that many pills this seems to be a good product.

I trust everything ive ever bought from this brand. Easier taking this in a cap thandry powder aand works 100% as good

You take 2 capsules at a time. I take 4 a day. I notice the gains, I’ve ordered this twice. Great product and great value.

The creatine worked great! I took it as prescribed on the bottle and it helped with my muscle regeneration and seemed to give me the mental boost I needed for lifting heavier. I also noticed a slight improvement in lean muscle mass as well. It also didn't provide any stomach discomfort as some of the powders cause. Would recommend!

I think it's important for woman to understand how to take this supplement properly. I have taken this for a while from other brands. I love this brand and was happy to see they carried this so though I'd give theirs a try. I do like it. It doesn't leave a bad after taste. I have only tried this particular brand for a few days so I can't fully comment on the effectiveness as of yet but for those saying it has gained weight or bloat, yes this will bloat, gain weight? Certainly not from the creatine itself. This should be taken with a strict diet and good workout plan. Lifting weights is key, as it helps promote muscle tone while taking creatine. As for bloating, Yes creatine will bloat you, however, it should be taken with a higher dosage of probiotic to prevent this issue. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, more than you normally would and sodium levels down and you should see the bloating subside.

I used this brand for a few years and it seemed to work well. I slacked off with my exercising for about a year and I'm not as fit as before. I've gotten back to lifting weights and it's a struggle. I bought this based on my past experience with it and hope that it gives me back the energy to keep going. Time will tell...
