Good standard set of colors to have. I used them in my royal icing since color needs to be gel-based. They mix in well. Occasionally I have issues with leaking within the caps.

I bought this food coloring because we use it at the baking school I go to and already knew how vibrant the colors are. It only takes a few drops of this gel to get an incredible color. $75 may seem expensive but in reality you could go through an entire bottle from another brand trying to achieve what only a few drops of the Americolor can do. Its worth the money and you will love how vibrant the colors are.

Nice variety of color and very good quality and end result. I used it mostly for macarons batter, which is very white. Might give different results for butter cream.
