Ocean's Balance Organic Dulse Flakes are wild-harvested from the clean Atlantic waters off Maine, delivering a nutrient-rich, fat-free sea vegetable packed with iodine, potassium, iron, and vitamins B6 and B12. Perfect for keto, paleo, vegetarian, and vegan diets, these gluten-free flakes add a smoky umami flavor to any dish while supporting thyroid, bone, and digestive health. Sustainably sourced and eco-friendly, they absorb significantly more CO2 than land plants, making them a smart choice for conscious consumers.

Makes wonderful soup!
Made an Irish dulse soup my grandmother had a recipe for. Not sure if it’s actually Irish but I am sure it’s actually good. Will be ordering more, probably in the winter when we eat more soups. It was one I will crave, I think.

Simply the best
This stuff is so good! The flakes are large enough that you can see the quality and freshness. Love buying this in bulk so that I can add to my smoothies and so easy to use. In my opinion, the best tasting out there, and I've tried a bunch.

Advertised as organic....but it's NOT! (See pics)
Very disappointed....it is no longer organic, and it's non-refundable. It's advertised as organic and that's not what I received. I won't be buying it again! 2nd pic - on the left, a bag from a previous purchase (organic), bag on the right, new purchase (No longer certified organic).
