How does this kind of magnesium compare to magnesium stearate?

Almost 3 times better than Magnesium Citrate (on the daily recommended dose). We make 1 capsule a day formula, where with many Magnesium supplements the dose is 2-4, therefor when buying, you should compare servings not counts.Despite its name, Magnesium Stearate is not a dietary source of the essential macro-mineral Magnesium.
