Where can I find instructions on how to set up all the pieces and attach paper, etc?

There are no instructions with the board? If you press the tab near the bottom left corner it raises clamps on the left side and bottom edge, you then just slide the paper under these two clamps, they then spring return when you release the tab. On the top right corner is a small tab, press this down and insert the corner of the paper and release, that's the paper set. The parallel rule has a grey button which releases it's clamp you then insert it into the channel on the left side of board, you then use the grey button to clamp or release it to slide up or down. The two other attachments simply hook onto a projection on the parallel rule and slide back and forth. Very basic but for the money it's quite adequate.
