Not likely to get flat spots any more than when parking on concrete or any other surface for an extended period of time. My use is to park the car in the same spot every time.

No, they will not prevent dry rot, you need to cover the tire and protect them from the elements.

Is it suitable for RV tires

I am certain that they will work for any kind of vehicle with tires. We love them in our garage.

what is weight capacity?

Not sure the weight limit, but we have a 29’ Class A motorhome and these cracked after a few parkings. So I’d guess they’re more for cars or light trucks.
