Realeather Trim Piece, Beige Suede Leather

My wife and I are taking ballroom dance lessons. Unfortunately, she fractured a toe and cannot use her dance shoes. I bought the suede to glue to the sole of some old sneakers. It works really well and now she can practice.

The best use for this piece of suede is a pot holder! It's large enough to cover your entire hand and wrist, it's thin enough to grab a sheet pan out of the oven, the suede grips smooth surfaces better than fabric,it keeps your hands protected from the heat perfectly and make sure you buy it in beige so you can toss it in the washer and dryer and they come out clean and soft!

nothing wrong with this. I used it to test a waxed sued method, and it's a good piece of leather. Would work well as a shammy, too.

I needed a honey golden beige and this is a little light. Will serge it with the correct color and use it for a drape holder.

I’ve always heard that bowl back mandolin players place a leather chamois on the knee supporting the mandolin, to keep it from slipping while playing. This does exactly that! Much better than the synthetic non-slip drawer liner I was using. The size is just right, no need to trim. If you are looking at this because you have a bowl back mandolin, just buy it!

Great for making dance shoes.

I used this for a non slip sole on my crocheted slippers for Christmas. They worked well! There were some cracks but they may be due to its nature

Nice piece of suede exactly as advertised. I used this to resole the bottom of my husband's slipper. Good weight, about 1/16" when pressed between my fingers. It glued and stitched well.

I order a 12 by 12 inch piece of leather. It was cut perfectly square. Absolutely uniform thickness. Perfect for the intended purpose.
