I have cervical issues and my neck and shoulder stay tense. I have tried many many different heating pads. what I LOVE about this one is that is it weighted. It lays against your body much more than a non-weighted heating pad. The second thing I love about this one is the magnetic closure. Easy to throw on and off. The third thing I love about it is the extra long cord. I can get out of my adjustable bed and walk to my dresser.

This heating pad is the perfect cape-like design for neck and shoulder pain. With heating wires not just in the main parts of the pad, but also going up into the stand-up collar, the heat is directed to all of the ideal spots. Most heating pads are flat and rectangular, requiring bending, folding and holding in the right place. This heating pad is unique. With its cape design, it easily drapes - and stays in position - over the shoulders with the upright collar against the back of your neck. Whoever designed this is a genius!

This is the perfect help for shoulder and neck pain. Ice does not help, but heat does. Even though this heating pad is not made for sleeping in bed with that is the only way that I use mine. I always have the temp on low, only. Because I don't wish to be burnt. I keep this pad plugged in and laying beside my bed all the time. Some times I need it during the night for other parts of my body, like when my feet and ankles are hurting I will snuggle them with the heating pad. I like it that this pad shuts off in two hours time. However there are a couple of things that I don't like (1) The controller is a long distance down the cord, and the controller is very heavy (but I suppose that maybe it has to be in order to do a quality job.) (2) Without being able to see the controller (It's dark and my glasses are off) it is hard to know which of the three buttons is hi, med, and low.

This electric neck heating pad heats up quickly. Easy to doze. Initially it was stiff and did not form to the neck. Seemed to loosen and conformed better but not where it would stay on place on the back of the neck. It is heavy which helps to keep it in place. A magnet is strong enough to keep it closed. Controls are easy: low Med High. Two hour auto shutoff. Has a 24 month warranty but could not activate it. Overall, I would purchase it again. This is my first heating pad for the neck. Giving 4 stars as it does not lay into the curve of the neck.

I would recommend this one. It fits perfect and sure got rid of my stiff neck and left shoulder too.

This is my second purchase of this product. I have lots of neck and shoulder pain. I use it every night. It has a magnetic closure on the front which keeps it together. Love this!

This heating pad really does the trick! It eases neck and shoulder pain bringing almost instant comfort to those aching muscles. Its one of the best purchases I've ever made. Only problem you'll have with it is probably dozing off to sleep !

After having this heating pad for almost 2 years, it decided to stop working. Even after trying to troubleshoot the issue, I still couldn't get it to work. Kinda disappointed...cuz I really liked this product even after doing extensive research to find the one that fit my needs. Back to the drawing board to find something that'll last longer than 2 years. :-(
