Q: Does the 20L have the flap? I just received it thinking it would look like the image at the top but it came without it.

I thought the same too, bought for relative birthday. He was happy with that size though, fits every he needs, has flown to the US with laptop etc enclosed, think it is the 30L that has the flap, check on Peak Design website, hope that makes sense
