If you need a chocolate toothpaste that is affordable, and doesn’t contain artificial sweeteners, this is what you need! What I recommend is to pair it with a strawberry toothpaste to give you a chocolate strawberry taste!

Love the chocolate! Hate the cinnamon!
I've always hated to brush my teeth. I'm allergic to all the mint flavors out there, even tried a citrus flavor, but it all makes the inside of my mouth feel slimy. Glory hallelujah for this chocolate flavor! I absolutely love it and no longer hate to brush my teeth. The chocolate is a light taste that doesn't taste too sweet. No fluoride, either! I refuse to buy toothpaste with fluoride. So I highly recommend this toothpaste. I took one star off for the tube. It would be nice if it had a flip top cap, but it doesn't. There's a small screw-on cap that I'm sure a bunch of kids will lose. Luckily, I don't have that problem. Also, you can't get the last bit of the toothpaste out of the tube. Overall, it's worth it to me to pay more for this toothpaste so I don't dread brushing my teeth anymore. The cinnamon flavor is awful. Hate the hard aluminum tube, but it's the flavor that makes it impossible to deal with. It's really spicy HOT. It actually burns the inside of my mouth. It's a large tube, so it's a waste of money. Also tried the strawberry banana flavor and it's okay. It's a little sweet and reminds me of chewing gum, but it's acceptable.Hands down, my favorite flavor is the chocolate. It's awesome!

Amazing!!
Mint toothpastes have never agreed with me due to an acid reflux problem, terrible way to start my day. Why stores have an entire aisle of only one flavor I'll never know. That led me online to see what I find, and Dr. Sheffield's didn't disappoint! The one I got tastes just like chocolate pudding, but still does a nice job freshening my breath and cleaning my teeth. The flavor doesn't linger for very long after, but the taste during use is insane! It doesn't have the intense foaming action you might be used to, but for me that's much more comfortable to brush with. Not as gritty as store brands either. I use the generic type of "20k bristle" toothbrushes you can find on here and this combo causes ZERO sensitivity. They're an interesting company with a lot of history too, I think I'll end up trying all their flavors :)

BRUSH YOUR TEETH WITH CHOCOLATE CAKE
Seriously.I have been saying I was going to order chocolate toothpaste since I found out it existed. Sure, it's for kids. Do I care? Not one bit. Did I order it? You bet I did. Was it all that I hoped it would be? Good Lord, yes.Flavour: This is straight up tastes like chocolate cake batter. It almost tastes wrong. Toothpaste isn't supposed to be fun, or taste good. This tastes amazing. No weird aftertaste.Size: Medium sized tube. Two tubes. I was going to share, but nope, that's not happening.Texture: Doesn't really foam unless you use too much. (I tested) It is more paste like than the boring old toothpaste that you can get anywhere that has no fun value and makes brushing your teeth a routine chore. Leaves a good clean feeling in your mouth, just clean. Not ...sanitized the way some of the minty toothpastes can. You could probably even drink orange juice safely after brushing your teeth, but I'm guessing here because I hate orange juice.I admit that I found that when I crave sweets, I will now go brush my teeth instead and it quells the craving. Seriously, it does! And no, I do not do this every time, I am not THAT good at adulting. I am, however, good enough at adulting that I am not outright eating the paste.Helpful Life Pro Tip? There is another frou-frou chocolate toothpaste for kids that is $15+ for one tube that has less toothpaste volume/weight/whatever. They taste very similar, and I prefer this one. For reasons. Get this one.Arrived in two days: two boxed tubes taped together. No damage. It was part of a larger Amazon Prime order, though, so that's kind of cheating and your experience may be different.

Weird texture.
This is kind of weird. It sort of just disintegrates in your mouth, it doesn’t foam or stay pasty, it just dissolves. But it does taste like chocolate so that’s fun. The taste is good, I guess I’m just not sure about the texture. Maybe that’s just how natural toothpaste is.
