Fixtexx Pinch Pleat Pintuck Duvet Cover Set with Fitted Sheet & Pillow Cases Includes Complementary Cushion Cover – Set of 5 (White, Single)

This is the worst bedding I have ever bought, comes out of the packaging rock hard with what i can only describe as a smell of petrol. Washed and dried using loads of fabric softner, which made a difference but material still hard. I own a holiday cottage rental and launder at least 400 sets of bedding a year, never have I seen bedding so creased after laundering. It's supposed to be pinch pleat, what a joke, if you want pleats you have to iron every single one in yourself. The pinch that's supposed to lead to the pleat is a tiny bit of random stitching, Photo 3 is the advertised photo. Photo 1 and 2, is the laundered made up item that took me 2 hours to iron just to make it presentable. Do not buy. I will be purchasing a replacement tomorrow and this will be used as a dust sheet for painting my kitchen at the weekend.

Received this today for my sons bed. Eagerly I washed it, once dried I stood there ironing it and noticed the seam in the duvet had come loose, a little disappointed but was prepared to sew it as I really like this duvet set. Then I ironed the fitted sheet...noticed some snagging, ironed the cushion cover and more stitching had come loose. After all that excitement of finding a duvet that looked fantastic and expensive looking on the photos I’m really disappointed and the only place this is going is the BIN!! What a waste of money!!!

When it arrived and unpacked the sheets I wasn't too chuffed, it felt very much like plastic and not nice. I didn't want to throw it out right away so gave it a wash and put it in the dryer because that makes most fabrics soft. It still didn't feel very soft afterwards but it's actually nice to sleep in it. You get what you're willing to pay for but this is a good wee deal.

The bedsheet became really rough and uncomfortable within 2 weeks of sleeping on it, it was smooth when new but within two weeks some dotted tread started to come out which became very unbearable as if it has been in use for 10 years. It’s almost as if someone is pinching you with pins when sleeping on the bedsheet, I will have to trash it ASAP.

We are in the process of trying to sale our house so needed it to look nice for the photos / viewing so decided we needed new bedding for this.Our bedroom is a lovely Grey on 2 walls and 2 walls are white.I wanted a complete set with matching cushion and in the same colour as the room, I was a bit scared to order online as sometimes they are not true to colour.When it came the colour matched my bedroom perfectly, I order the king size which fitted really well you get the following - duvet cover, 2 pillow cases, fitted sheet and a cushion cover (did find it a little hard to get a cushion the right size to fit)The material is good quality and very soft on the skin and lovely to sleep in, It’s washes lovely have not dried it via tumble dryer yet so fingers cross it don’t shrink but I don’t think it will.Have had many comments on how lovely the room looks including the stylish bedding just hoping to sale the house now.

When I first opened the bedsheets, they seemed as described.However after the first wash I noticed that the bedsheets were getting coarse, not softer. The material was clearly of bad quality, but not completely unacceptable. However, after the 2nd or 3rd wash, the seam near the bedsheet's zip had completely come apart and worse, the zipper had been completely ripped off.I'm disappointed in the quality of this product and I think I should be reimbursed since this didn't even last 4 months.

I ordered the Single Pinch Pleat Duvet Cover set Charcoal colour for the guest bedroom. The parcel delivery was prompt within 48 hours and the packing was superb. For a price of £17 pounds, the package included not only a duvet cover and a pillow case, but also included a fitted sheet and a cushion cover. The Charcoal colour is quite rich and with a pleated design, the whole corner lit up. In summary, it is a good value for money and contains more materials than a standard duvet set.

Free fitted sheet was for a single bed!! Duvet zip broken on delivery as flimsy plastic. Too thin and flimsy. Just falls open even at the sides. Do not purchase its not what it seems.
