i picked up pure for men multi hoping to streamline my morning routine and to be honest i was skeptical about another big tablet. the bottle fits neatly on my nightstand and the pills slide down easily with a gulp of water. after about two weeks i noticed my afternoon crash wasn’t as brutal and my focus felt sharper even on days when i skipped coffee. my nails chip less and my hair seems a bit fuller too. there’s no odd aftertaste and i’ve had zero stomach upset, even on an empty belly. it’s not a miracle cure but it’s the most complete multivitamin i’ve tried and it makes me feel proactive about my health. if you want a simple all-in-one boost without juggling half a dozen bottles this one delivers.

The product is great, I definitely felt a positive change in my energy levels and concentration. However, I would be careful taking these vitamins while on hair loss medication, such as Finasteride. After a few days of taking the vitamins, I noticed accelerated hair loss. I stopped taking them for a few days and my hair loss went back to its normal amount. Once again, great product! Just not for someone who is on hair loss medication.

I do not think they work. Been taking for one year and stopped. Never felt better or different when taking them and did not notice anything wrong when I stopped taking them.

I don't know why I skipped out on buying these again! I definitely can tell a difference going over 2 months without them 🤦 i definitely won't be doing that again! I felt so much better physical and more if so mentally especially since I have a several mental issues but it is what it is, I also felt I had more energy,stamina and sleep was better which I'm having difficulties with.

Ive had bad dandruff for a few years now... and I mean... BAAAAAD dandruff. Funny thing is I actually didnt even notice that my dadruff went away until I watched a youtube video that said that Selenium was a chemical element that helped with dandruf. I went "Huh... I have bad dandruf. Maybe I should find a source of Selenium..." and I ran my hands along my hair... litterally nothing fell out. Usually it would be a winter snowstorm falling from my scalp. I picked up the bottle and looked at the ingredients and saw that each suggested serving had 61% the daily value of selenium... needless to say im taking these forever now... Also it has B-12 and Zinc 10/10 im not even upset that theyre not gummies. I can actually touch my head around people again without being worried about what falls out.

I bought these on accident (thought I had purchased the fiber supplements) but either ways I thought I would give them a try. I happen to work night shift the day I started them. I took ONLY 1 TABLET (with lots of water and a sandwich) before leaving for work. Felt pretty good and did get the neon yellow urine but nothing bad noted. At the end of my shift, I got home and tried to sleep. I could not! I was WIDE awake! I felt restless and I just couldn't keep my eyes shut. I was awake for 24hrs! This has NEVER happened to me (so glad I only took one pill) and I'm honestly not certain if it was the pill to blame, but it was the only thing different I had done. I slept great following the days after and returned my bottles.

Do you feel like you get an energy rush after taking these? The taste isn’t bad, it does have that vitamin-y taste however, I do feel like it’s doing something. When I first tried these out I immediately felt a rush of energy as if I drank 1 venti Starbucks cold brew. I now take it in the morning and in the late afternoon and feel focused throughout the day. Idk how a vitamin is supposed to make you feel as I never really incorporated vitamins into my lifestyle but, this is definitely making me feel more energized.
