There is nothing overly special about this notebook or its graph paper over that of a regular isometric graph paper except the pretty front cover. It contains no instructions, demos, ideas, or examples of sacred geometry for you to start off on if that is what you're looking for. $10.99 for this product vs $5.99 for regular isometric graph paper that is the same thing... so save yourself the extra bucks.

Waste of money, unusable. Book does not lay flat and pages are not removable. There were no reviews when I purchased this so I hope this helps. Returning!
