D'Addario XTE1046 XT Nickel Plated Steel Electric Guitar Strings, Regular Light, 10-46

Bought it for my acoustic guitar as an experiment...and it sounded too good. The strings are smooth and can handle rust. The vibration even reached till my foot. It's totally magic. There was no defect in the product, absolutely trustable.

Actually wanted to give these srings a great score. If you want a crisp tone, don't go looking for any other strings. This is the one!!) Durability: 5 / 5 (I wrote this review not because I'm going to change my strings but because I realised that it's been over 4 months and I've not changed my strings AND THESE STILL SOUND NEW AND CRISP!) Coating on the strings: 5 / 5 (didn't see any difference in the tone after listening the first recording done when these were new and the new recording done just a day before I wrote this review which means the coating does what it's supposed to. Also, for the people who are concerned about the flaking of the coating, don't be.) Rusting/Corrosion: 0% (checked for rusts/corrosion and did not see any)

I have recently shifted from NYXLs to the XTs because of 2 major reasons- 1- I live in India where seasons and weather change very drastically for which any set of strings lasts maximum 1 month. Now these XTs are coated with a very thin layer of anti- rust coat which does not affect the tone at all. 2- It is a complete value for money if you compare the price of XTs with other coated strings in the market. The playability and the balance of the strings are phenomenal. This is a premium quality product. I use 10s and it instantly feels home. :)

Good A different sounding... But very good sound.. Very good for recordings Long lasting

They sound amazing. But they break very soon very easily. It broke right before the gig during soundcheck, not even 2 weeks after I bought and put it on, luckily I had a spare guitar and spare strings, otherwise it would’ve been a disaster. I’ve always had trouble with d’addario strings, ernie ball has no issues like this. What’s the point of such expensive strings that break so easily?

Once I saw an offer of 660 rs for XT series strings, I and my friend we both ordered and guess what I got a 30 rs lamp oil and my friend got a single karuna string atleast his was relatable,lol!

Perfect, absolutely no issues with these strings at all. They went on my strat. Good amount of slink but not so bad that the notes are bending to sharp. Yeah, id reccomend.

Reliable, great sounding strings that suit my Telecaster perfectly. D'Addario consistently delivers on quality and the XT coated nickel strings are no exception. The 10-46 regular light gauge is a comfortable everyday choice that balances playability and tone well. Bottom line: Great strings from a trusted brand. Recommended.

These are hands down my favorite guitar strings. The D'Addario XT Nickel Coated strings sound amazing right out of the pack and stay fresh much longer than standard strings. They have a great balance of tone, feel, and durability, making them perfect for both practice and performance. The 10-46 gauge feels just right, and tuning stability has been excellent. I've tried plenty of strings over the years, and I keep coming back to these. In my opinion, they're the best ones in the game. 🎸🔥
