CGOLDENWALL Emergency Shower Safety Shower Station Horizontal Mount Drench Head, Can Match with Eye Wash Station, NPT thread, 304 Stainless Steel

I purchased this for an outdoor shower (live in south Florida). Looks great. Only challenge was sealing the large 1" threads, used tape and liquid sealant to do the trick. I am feeding it of a 1/2" line and has plenty of volume to shower with.

Everything worked well with the safety shower, but I did feel it was a bit large for the space.

We added this beautiful rain shower head to our back yard. We connected it with only cold water, for use mainly during the summer. Very happy with our purchase.

The technical drawing INCORRECTLY identifies the water supply inlet as a "Rc" aka BSPT or "straight" thread. This type of thread is incompatible with the "NPT" or Tapered" threaded pipe most commonly used in the USA. Fortunately the pipe TEE supplied has "Straight threads" on the horizontal (structural and water supply side) but the "customer leg" of the TEE is a NPT fitting. I would have rated the safety shower as 5 stars except I had to deal with significant delays, purchase then return specialty adapters (and pay return fees and freight) for an unneeded item if only the technical drawing had accurately described the device. Also as an advantage that is not identified is that the device comes with the OSHA required signage to identify this location as a "safety shower-eye wash" station. Had I known that signage was included, I would not have purchased and had the expense of a sign that will be redundant.

Nice sturdy show head, using as an outdoor pool shower! Love it!

It was exactly how the picture showed and easy to install.

Great product.but intsolaction can be difficult if you no experience threading stain steel.
