I use this every morning to engage my diaphragm. It helps to establish muscle memory and proper breath placement. I gig about 4 to 5 times a week and this is another tool that helps keep my voice from wearing out.

Does a great job warming up my voice gently and getting my diaphragm super engaged and conditioned. Also I've noticed much more control of riffs and runs after using this for about 3 weeks. Overall my voice feels stronger and more free.

Seems good so far. Haven't tried it yet, but the quality of the tubes looks good. I got 2 and was expecting 1 so that was a nice surprise. Hoping to rehabilitate some of the damage done to voice over years of teaching.

This is a straw, just go to mcdonalds and grab one from the counter. This isn't even a good straw, it's too big. For vocal training, the smaller the straw, the better. This is a scam. Do not buy.

The diameter is massive. A bit wider than the straws you get at boba tea places. This means there’s VERY little resistance unless you put it in water, and in that case because the diameter is so large that It’s super easy to make bubbles. I would personally have preferred something with a smaller diameter for singing. Perhaps these are meant for those with damaged voices specifically but if you are looking to practice singing, stick to a regular metal straw, not these.
