This is the only pectin I use in my pastry baking now. Much better strength and more consistent than the liquid stuff you can find in stores. I particularly love it for things like pate de fruit.

This is not pure pectin, the title is a lie.
Zoom in on the photo and read the label, I wish I had done this before ordering. It says, "list of ingredients: High methylester apple pectin standardized with dextrose 56% - 63%." That means that OVER HALF OF THE CONTENTS IS DEXTROSE. Aka, powdered corn sugar. And aside from the rip off price for an impure product, I am allergic to corn. Just a waste in every way, can't use this for anything. Go find actually pure pectin, it's out there.

It is false advertising
It is false advertising that the title of the ad is "Pure Apple Pectin" ; but after it arrived I read the box carefully. It has more sugar than pectin. It is a ripe off. Amazon should not allow this kind of advertising.
