Is this soil good for forced bulb tulips?

Yes, I used this soil for all plants, forcing all sorts of bulbs, it is safe, water does not puddle so there is no way the bulbs you are forcing can freeze up while you prepare them for winter in your refrigerator. I've forced Hyacinch, tulips, freesias, etc. This soil is the best choice.
