A hilarious collection of essays from the #1 bestselling author of Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea about the ridiculous side of childhood, adulthood, and daughterhood. Life doesn't get more hilarious than when Chelsea Handler takes aim with her irreverent wit. Who else would send all-staff emails to smoke out the dumbest people on her show? Family moments are fair game, whether it's writing a report on Reaganomics to earn a Cabbage Patch doll, or teaching her father social graces by ordering him to stay indoors. It's open season on her love life, from playing a prank on her boyfriend (using a ravioli, a fake autopsy, and the Santa Monica pier) to adopting a dog so she can snuggle with someone who doesn't talk. And everyone better duck for cover when her beach vacation turns into matchmaking gone wild. Outrageously funny and deliciously wicked, Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang is good good good good! "Chelsea Handler writes like Judy Blume, if Judy Blume were into vodka." โJennifer Weiner, bestselling author of That Summer Review: My favorite !! - Chelsea is absolutely hilarious! Her boyfriend Ted, her quick wit, spur of the moment pranks & tenderness for large people make this book my favorite of her 3 books. I was laughing consistently, out loud & sharing the stories with my husband because she is so freaking funny =) The relationship between Chelsea & Ted is the best. They are,in some aspects, opposite to the extreme. Somehow that is what makes it work - I truly enjoyed what Ted brought to the book. Chelsea wants to "help" her driver Sylvan in the love dept., so she decides to take him on vacation. This section of the book - I had to be near a bathroom I was laughing so hard, I thought I might pee. Felt the need to give the heads up =) There was one section regarding her father that brought me down a little, it just wasn't very funny. I appreciate her sharing it...she was on such a roll, so it caught me a little off guard. She includes a good bit of pictures, without the pics, the book wouldn't have been as funny. It was a nice addition! SO many great stories in this book, definately had to give it 5 stars!! It'll lighten your mood, I highly recommend it....great light read! Review: and a lot of fun to read - Chelsea Handler has once again compiled a book of personal essays about her family, friends and love life...and it is hysterical! Her stories are so outrageous that one would think she's making them up and maybe she is, but I don't care! From the first chapter where Chelsea talks about her childhood and the first time she gets โthe feelingโ I was crying with laughter. She tells stories about her father, her boyfriend who she likes to play pranks on, and how one time she helped wheel a woman passed out on a chaise lounge up to a hotel room. These stories are just too good to be true. Chelsea really knows how to write towards her audience. She is witty, hilarious, and just plain fun to read. There is not a set plot line, so the reader can jump from chapter to chapter without missing anything important. She has also included hilarious photos that were taken during these times, which helps prove that these stories are somewhat true! I've read this book several times and each time I laugh just as hard as the last. I would recommend this book to anyone who knows of Chelsea Handler, doesn't mind a little vulgarity (and by little I mean a lot), and adult humor.

A hilarious and honest memoir by Chelsea Handler
I picked up Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang because Iโm a fan of Chelsea Handlerโs show and I wanted to know more about her life and personality. I was not disappointed by this book, which is a collection of funny and outrageous essays about her childhood, family, relationships, career, and pranks. Chelsea Handler is not afraid to say what she thinks, even if itโs rude, crude, or politically incorrect. She tells stories that are both hilarious and shocking, such as how she convinced her boyfriend she was pregnant, how she got into a fight with a dolphin, how she tricked her father into thinking he was adopted, and how she almost got arrested in the Bahamas. I enjoyed reading this book because it made me laugh out loud and relate to some of her experiences. I admire her honesty, confidence, and sense of humor. She doesnโt take herself too seriously and she doesnโt care what others think of her. She is a strong and independent woman who lives life on her own terms. Overall, Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang is a fun and entertaining book that will make you laugh and appreciate Chelsea Handlerโs humor and personality. If you like her show, or if you like humorous memoirs, you might enjoy this book.

Another HILARIOUS effort from Chelsea Handler
Let me start off by saying i dont really like how people who are obviously not fans of chelsea handler decide to read her book and actually have the nerve to come on here and write a bad review about it...if you dont like her as a person, then obviously you won't like what she writes. Okay, now on to the book...i thought this book was as hilarious as her other book Are you there Vodka,It's me Chelsea?I wasn't too big of a fan of My Horizontal Life(although it was entertaining, just not as funny)but her latest two books are the perfect recipe for a laugh out loud experience. Unlike her last book(are you there vodka)this one didnt necessarily have funny stories but HILARIOUS dialogue(Are you there Vodka had funnier stories and less funny dialogue). But either way i LOVED this book,my goal in reading this book was to have many opportunities to laugh out loud and i did. So if you're a Chelsea Handler fan then you'll love this book. And if you're not that big of a fan but still find her sense of humor funny then you'll probably love it as well. Thanx Chelsea for a HILARIOUS ride through your crazy, spontaneous, and entertaining life!!!

Not as Good as Chelsea's Other 2 Books
I have read Chelsea Handler's other two books, My Horizontal Life, and Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea. Those books were wonderful and funny. They were easy to read and took me a few days. With this book, there are some funny moments, but definitely not as good as Horizontal or Vodka. I find myself having to drag through with this book, forcing myself to read. When your forcing it to finish a book, you know your not really enjoying it. It's boring compared to the other 2. The Cabbage Patch Kid story is good, and probably the best. The masturbation story is also good, but for me, it ends there, in the beginning after a few chapters. When Chelsea goes on about a joke, pretending a dog had died because of a diet choice to have a laugh with her boyfriend, she goes on and on and it's hard to slug through. I didn't find this funny, not because I'm a PETA member, but just because I didn't see what was funny about the joke, and this joke lasts longer than the other stories! I could just not finish this book and left about 2/3 through the book. Sorry I can't give a full review but I couldn't get past a few nonsense stories that weren't funny and were boring in reality. Maybe you'll find this book deserves a shelf space, fortunately for me, Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang belongs to my sister.

This book is FUNNY!
Okay, so I watch Chelsea Lately, and I watch it faithfully, so I decided tog ive her book a shot. This book is funny, and it really details how we all assume Chelsea Handler is on the day to day basis, she a funny funny woman, and fun to read. some of theses chapter will make you laugh out lous, and have those around look at you like a insane person laughing like a maniac, to a book. This book is funny as hel, and ecopy was easy to read on my ipad. I could change the sixe of the words, and the the color of the background as well as the the brightness of the screen straight from tha amazon erading app. This was a great buy, for a fine price, and i really am happy. 5/5 stars.

More BANG BANG for your Buck!
CHELSEA CHELSEA BANG BANG is another great collection of stories from the hilarious Chelsea Handler. I brought it on vacation with me and enjoyed the light and easy poolside and beachside reading. I laughed out loud from her viewpoint of " Sex and the City " and many of her other quirky, sarcastic observations. Chelsea is at her best when talking about the weird predicaments that she finds herself in, whether at work, in her social life, or with her family members. Her stories aren't as fun, though, when she's in her "Girls Behaving Badly" role of playing jokes on people. The funniest moments happen when strange things just happen to you. Case in point, Chelsea playing a trick on her boyfriend (Ted Harbert, president and CEO of the Comcast Entertainment Group). Pretending that she accidentally killed a friend's dog wasn't great; it was just okay, mainly because it was a set-up. On the other hand, when she focuses on the idiosyncracies of her father in a couple of tales, it's more humorous because the situation is out of her control. However, I was disappointed that not once did she refer to her father as "b*tch t*ts" like she did in Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea . I assumed that was her siblings' ongoing nickname for him...but maybe not? Unfortunately, although a not-to-miss book for Chelsea fans, like her last book, I was waiting for a central theme to the stories to tie them all together. It never came, and neither did any background for the title of the book. I thought for sure it came from a wacky story, but maybe it's just an inside joke that us readers aren't in on.
